Bio
Dr.
Siepser received his MD at State University of New York and completed
his residency at University in Philadelphia. He is certified by
the American Board of Ophthalmology, American Board of Surgery,
and is a fellow of the American College of Surgery (FACS).
Dr.
Siepser participated in the FDA investigation for approval of
the VISX laser for treating myopia. He is the first and most experienced
LASIK surgeon with the VISX laser in the Delaware Valley.
Dr.
Siepser has surgical privileges at Wills Eye, Montgomery, Brandywine,
and Suburban Mercy Hospitals; Wills Eye Surgical Center at Plymouth
Meeting; VisionOne Laser and surgery; and Bryn Mawr and Paoli
Surgical Centers.
His
ophthalmic specialties are refractive vision correction (LASIK
and INTACStm Corneal Rings), astigmatism correction, cataract
and intraocular lens surgery, glaucoma treatments, secondary intraocular
lens implants, corneal transplantation and reconstructive eye
surgery and complications from trauma or prior eye surgery.
Dr.
Siepser is published in numerous journals worldwide and is a holder
of five United States patents.
